Schedule an trial and academic assessment with our director.

Provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate, a recent report card, and one teacher recommendation form (Grade 1 and up only)

Pay the $100 administrative fee - payable via check to Discovery School of Innovation

We shall process your admission and update you with our final decision in writing within 30 days of receiving payment and all documentation.
