Schedule a trial and academic assessment with our director.

Send your form to the following email address:
office@discoverysi.org

Provide a copy of your child’s most recent report card and one teacher recommendation form (Grade 1 and up only)

Pay the $100 administrative fee - payable via check to Discovery School of Innovation

We shall process your application and update you with our final decision within 14 days of receiving application fee and all documentation.
